Emergency Responder Thermal Imaging is an MSA-sponsored, TIC-only magazine being delivered to all 35,000 fire departments in the United States. The magazine's purpose is to deliver TIC information and training on the critical performance and safety differences in Fire Service TICs to current and potential MSA TIC users. The magazine covers current TIC operational issues such as sensors and sensitivity levels, high and low sense modes, temperature range and safety issues in an easy-to-understand format.

Included in Emergency Responder Thermal Imaging are six TIC Evaluation Points which can be quickly and easily performed in an office or meeting room setting, in ambient heat, using an inexpensive (less than $10) electric hot plate. Emergency Responder Thermal Imaging Magazine is an "easy read" at only 10 pages, half of which are devoted to descriptions of the "hot plate" TIC evaluation points.
